Generally, we collect seven types of data:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Data on employees and church leaders<\/li>\n<li>Data on volunteers and guest speakers<\/li>\n<li>Data on financial contributors<\/li>\n<li>Membership data<\/li>\n<li>Data on participants in church activities<\/li>\n<li>Data on recipients of Christmas aid<\/li>\n<li>Data on partners and partnerships<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><b>We collect and store your personal data for specific purposes<\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"content\">We collect name, address, phone number and email address from all groups.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"content\">The purpose is to manage the relationship between you and the church in relation to what you consented.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content\">Point 1 and 2: We store<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPR number for use in mandatory tax reporting.<\/li>\n<li>employees' contracts and other relevant documents related to employment.<\/li>\n<li>trusted managers' service agreements and relevant documents related to their commitment to service.<\/li>\n<li>volunteers' CPR number in connection with payment of fees and driving for use in mandatory tax reporting.<\/li>\n<li>photos, video and audio recordings for use on website and social media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p class=\"content\">Point 3: For financial contributors who have requested a tax deduction for their contribution, we also store their CPR numbers for tax reporting purposes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"content\">Point 7: To the extent that binding contractual relationships exist, we store contracts and relevant documents as well as contact persons' general personal data in connection with cooperation with external associations and organizations.<\/p>\n<h4><b>We only process relevant personal data<\/b><\/h4>\n<p class=\"content\">We only process data about you that is relevant and necessary in relation to the purposes defined above. The purpose for data storage dictates what type of personal data is relevant to us. The same applies to the amount of the personal data we collect.
