Anne-Mette and Sebastian Fredegod have served as pastors for Kirkecenteret since 2017. They have two young daughters, Filippa and Anna. Along with their part-time roles within the church, both Sebastian and Anne-Mette are students as well. studying theology at Alphacrusis and Aarhus University respectively.
The leadership team meets quarterly to discuss the church's vision, values, strategy, budget, finances, and staffing.
The functional leadership team meets approximately every third week and focuses on bringing the church's vision and values to life through goal-setting and strategic planning. This team also helps to create cohesion within the congregation and is in many ways the engine-room of the church. The team consists of seven members who are responsible for each of the seven functional areas within the church.
