At the very beginning of the church, we can read in the New Testament that the first disciples were committed to meeting in homes, breaking bread, and devoting themselves to the teaching of the apostles (Acts 2:46). These smaller and more intimate gatherings formed the foundation of the Christian community and have retained their value for 2000 years.
In the large church community, it can be a challenge that everyone does not know everyone. Therefore, "Small groups" are an essential part of the church, where we can build close bonds and experience community in a personal way. These smaller groups give us the opportunity to build deeper relationships, where we can share our faith, life, and experiences.
Becoming a part of a small group is not just a way to get to know others; it is also a place where we can grow in our understanding of God's word and his will for our lives. It gives us the chance to be a part of a community that follows in the footsteps of the early church, strengthening each other in faith and living life together in love and service.
If you are interested in starting, participating, or just learning more about networking groups, you are always welcome to contact us. Below you can find out who is responsible for our small groups and information about the existing small groups.
